• Support B7 by using low-demand approaches, offering choices, and reframing tasks to make daily routines—such as coming home, bath time, and bedtime—more manageable.
• Provide calm, structured guidance to help manage transitions and channel energy in positive ways through engaging and active activities.
• Build trust and rapport, setting gentle but clear boundaries to reduce resistance and encourage cooperation.
• Nurture B4’s easy-going and humorous personality, ensuring he feels included and valued within the family dynamic.
• Offer reassurance, one-to-one attention, and encouragement to B4 to help build confidence, independence, and resilience.
• Balance the needs of both children, supporting positive sibling interaction and helping to maintain harmony at home.
• Create a supportive, consistent, and engaging environment that allows each child to thrive according to their individual needs.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children, ensuring they are ready for their evening routine.
• Assist with light household duties such as tidying up after play, keeping shared spaces organised, and helping the evening routine run smoothly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s progress, routines, and any concerns.
